These thoughts were written my 17 year old son during his year as he thought through the habits necessary to mature into a spiritual young man. In his own words, these are his ideas for spiritual habits.

The boundaries between work and leisure, public and private, are dissolving so that we have no rest and we are forced to be time jugglers and multi-taskers. We’re all rats in the rat race.
