Taking care of ourselves is a lifetime journey. Invite yourself to practice many of these ideas to care for your body. If you are a responsible person, you may struggle with the concept of doing these kind gestures for yourself, but it is clear that the scripture reminds of kindness to ourselves. Be kind to yourself.
